Ok I haven't posted again for awhile. My daughter is now in Korea so I am going it alone. Last night (her a.m.) she called in severe pain. She has kidney stones. Not good by not life threatening. I continue to do some sewing this summer although I am also taking 6cr. and still working. My sewing day is my sanity day, usually Thursday. I am working on a quilted purse right now and I need to quilt a table runner. Actually I have 3 table runners to quilt but one is a gift and I have to do it soon. I will put up some pictures soon.

quick update

My daughter is home until July 5th so I will be updating more frequently. Currently I have 5 Longaberger baskets on ebay with about 15 more to go. Thats all for now.

First Post

This is my very first blog and I don't know what I am doing, but my wonderful daughter is helping me. It is my hope, that with this blog, I may be able to show the world my quilts and other crafts. Quilting has become one of my favorite things and I spend a lot of my spare time sewing. Someday, I would love to retire from my job with the State of Wisconsin and own a longarm quilter. Keep checking back for updates, I will try to blog, as much as time permits. Eventually, I will post pictures of finished works and hopefully that will allow for the start of my business.
